The Summer Kick-Off event will be held Wednesday, May 31st, from 4-7pm in the West Parking area on the KLCH property. Booths will have a 10'x10' space, unless other arrangements have been made, and exhibitors are invited to bring tents/shade, as well as, tables and chairs, etc. We encourage booth vendors to have 2-3 staff/volunteers (1-2 to talk with guests/enlist sign-ups/etc and 1-2 to assist children with activity/game if needed). Exhibitors are welcome to join in the Kansas-theme this year and have decorations or activities with that theme in mind to attract guests, but it's not required. SETUP: Booths may be set up between 2-3:45pm the day of the event. TEAR DOWN: Booths/items must be removed after the event concludes at 7pm, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
